When a new provider registers, KlassMatch automatically checks whether they match an existing sales lead. Strong matches are confirmed automatically. Uncertain matches appear here for your review.
How matching works: Scores are based on email (40 pts), domain (25 pts), phone (20 pts), business name (10 pts), and city/state (5 pts). Scores ≥ 90 are auto-confirmed. Scores 50–89 appear here for review. Provider data is never copied to the lead record.
