1. Organization Accounts
Organizations may include schools, school districts, libraries, park districts, nonprofits, community organizations, and other entities using KlassMatch.
A person who creates or uses an Organization account represents that they are authorized to act for that Organization. The Organization is responsible for its authorized users, account security, and promptly removing access when a user is no longer authorized.
2. Organization Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of your profile, inquiries, opportunities, program needs, budgets, dates, locations, requirements, and communications;
- your own procurement and contracting decisions;
- independently evaluating Providers;
- determining whether a Provider satisfies your requirements;
- independently reviewing and validating any licenses, insurance, background checks, qualifications, or other documentation you require;
- safeguarding Provider and Parent information received through KlassMatch; and
- complying with your own legal, procurement, privacy, recordkeeping, and organizational requirements.
3. Provider Evaluation
KlassMatch does not guarantee Provider availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, background-check status, suitability, pricing, performance, safety, documents, services, or outcomes.
KlassMatch Verified must not be treated as a background check, licensing verification, insurance verification, document verification, certification, endorsement, procurement approval, safety determination, or guarantee. Review-based badges are informational platform features and are not KlassMatch endorsements.
4. Opportunities and Inquiries
You may use KlassMatch to publish or communicate legitimate enrichment opportunities and inquiries. You may not publish or communicate opportunities that are false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent.
Provider information obtained through KlassMatch may be used for legitimate sourcing, evaluation, communication, procurement, and program-related purposes. You may not sell, scrape, harvest, or redistribute Provider or contact information for unrelated purposes.
KlassMatch does not guarantee that an opportunity receives responses or that any Provider accepts, qualifies for, or successfully performs an opportunity.

Organizations receiving Document Vault access must independently review documents and determine whether they satisfy the Organization’s requirements. Vault materials are Provider-supplied and are not verified, authenticated, approved, certified, or guaranteed by KlassMatch.
You must protect Vault share links and documents from unauthorized access and use them only for legitimate evaluation and procurement purposes.
6. Independent Relationships
Any contract or arrangement between an Organization and Provider is between those parties. KlassMatch is not a party to a Provider–Organization service agreement merely because the connection originated through KlassMatch. Each party remains responsible for negotiating and performing its own agreement.

9. Enforcement
Consistent with applicable law, KlassMatch may restrict, suspend, or remove Organization access or content when we reasonably believe that fraud, unlawful conduct, misleading information, platform abuse, security concerns, policy violations, or risks to users or the platform are present.
