Provider Terms

Version 1.0Effective Date:September 3, 2026

These KlassMatch Provider Terms (the Provider Terms) supplement the KlassMatch Terms of Service and apply to each Provider that uses the KlassMatch platform. In these Provider Terms, KlassMatch, we, us, and our mean KlassMatch. Provider, you, and your mean the business or individual that creates, manages, or uses a Provider account.

1. Independent Provider Responsibilities

Providers are independent businesses or individuals. You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of your business, profile, program, and other information made available through KlassMatch;
  • your pricing, schedules, capacity, and availability;
  • the delivery and quality of your programs and services;
  • your instructors, employees, contractors, and other personnel;
  • program safety, supervision, and the operation of your programs and services;
  • obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, background checks, qualifications, or approvals required for your particular business or program;
  • your taxes and other legal or regulatory obligations;
  • your own customer refund and cancellation obligations; and
  • lawful communications with Parents and Organizations.

Your use of KlassMatch does not make KlassMatch your employer, agent, partner, franchisee, franchisor, joint venturer, or provider of your enrichment services.

2. Parent and Child Information

You may use Parent and child information received through KlassMatch only for legitimate inquiry, enrollment, registration, program-administration, and related lawful purposes.

You must use reasonable safeguards to protect that information. You may not sell, scrape, harvest, redistribute, or use it for unrelated purposes without appropriate authorization. You should minimize the information you retain when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the permitted purpose, subject to your own lawful recordkeeping requirements.

3. Listings and Provider Content

You represent that the information and content you submit, upload, publish, or share through KlassMatch is accurate and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use it.

You may not create or maintain misleading or fraudulent listings, impersonate another person or business, infringe another party’s rights, or make claims about your business, programs, qualifications, safety, availability, or services that are false or misleading.

4. Verification and Badges

KlassMatch Verified is not a background check, document verification, certification, endorsement, insurance verification, licensing verification, safety approval, or guarantee. Providers may not advertise, describe, or imply otherwise.

Providers may not manipulate reviews, ratings, badge eligibility, registrations, or related platform activity to obtain, retain, or represent badges. Review-based badges are governed by the Review & Badge Policy.

5. Leads and Inquiries

You may use lead and contact information only for legitimate follow-up related to the applicable inquiry or opportunity and for other communications permitted by law. You may not sell or redistribute KlassMatch lead information.

A $15 lead unlock purchases access only to the applicable lead information. It does not guarantee a response, enrollment, sale, conversion, or other business outcome.

6. Document Vault

The Document Vault Terms/Disclaimer are incorporated into these Provider Terms. You are responsible for every document that you upload or share through the Document Vault and for having the authority to do so.

Vault documents are Provider-supplied and are not verified by KlassMatch.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Account Deletion

The Subscription, Billing, Trial & Cancellation Terms and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Provider Terms. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Cancellation generally controls future subscription renewal and paid-feature access as described in the applicable subscription terms; account deletion is governed by the separate account-deletion process and applicable policies.

8. Your Relationship with Customers

Any program or service agreement between a Provider and a Parent or Organization is between those parties. You remain responsible for your services, policies, fulfillment, disputes, and obligations to your customers.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KlassMatch and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising out of or relating to your programs or services, misconduct, violation of law, infringement, uploaded content or documents, misuse of personal information, or breach of the KlassMatch Terms of Service, these Provider Terms, or other applicable KlassMatch policies.

10. Enforcement

Consistent with applicable law, KlassMatch may restrict, suspend, or remove listings, content, or Provider access when we reasonably believe that fraud, unlawful conduct, platform abuse, security concerns, misleading representations, policy violations, or risks to users or the platform are present.

11. Relationship to Other Terms

These Provider Terms should be read with the KlassMatch Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Subscription, Billing, Trial & Cancellation Terms, Refund Policy, Review & Badge Policy, and Document Vault Terms/Disclaimer, as applicable. If applicable law provides a right that cannot be waived by these Provider Terms, that law controls.
